Every 2x2 collection begins with understanding — not a catalogue. Before we design anything, we study your school: its values, visual identity, location, climate, age groups and the number of students we are dressing. The result is a uniform that belongs to your institution, not a template adapted to fit it.

1. STEP 01Discovery

   We begin by learning about your school — its culture, geography, climate conditions, student age groups and approximate quantities. You share your brandbook, logo and initial requirements. We review everything before our first conversation.

2. STEP 02First Meeting

   We meet — in person when possible, online when needed. We present physical samples from existing collections so you can assess fabric quality, construction and fit firsthand.

3. STEP 03Design

   Based on your brief, we develop the first sketches — typically delivered within 7 to 10 days. We present design options across your full uniform range. You review, comment and request changes. We iterate until the design is right.

4. STEP 04Fabric Selection

   We present fabric options with full composition details — weight, content, certifications. Every fabric we work with is pre-tested and proven — for durability, comfort and appearance over time. Our selection covers different price points, so schools with varying budgets receive the same standard of quality. Maximum 40% polyester across all our ranges.

5. STEP 05Sampling

   We produce samples of the complete collection. You receive physical garments to assess on real students — fit, movement, comfort. We make adjustments until every piece meets your standard. There is no fixed limit on revision rounds. We continue until you are satisfied.

6. STEP 06Production & Delivery

   Once samples are approved, we confirm quantities and finalise pricing. Production runs 6 to 8 weeks from sign-off. We manufacture from 50 pieces per style — suitable for smaller schools and individual year groups alike.
